Zoe has arrived!

She's here!

She's here and she's beautiful!

She arrived with the Orphanage Director and a driver in a beautiful celebratory jacket and pants.  As well as a shirt, two sweaters and more pants.  She sure was bundled up!

We are thrilled.  She is apprehensive - checking us out and watching everything closely.

She did feel comfortable enough to take a nap on my lap - it was so good to snuggle with her!

No. 1 Son drank a Chinese Red Bull earlier, so while Zoe and I were vegging he was climbing the walls.  Maybe no more Red Bull?

To celebrate we got Western food - Pizza from Papa John's!  Can you tell The Artist is happy?
Zoe got her first bite of Pizza - she seemed to like it.  She ate quite a bit.
Zoe has been playing with her stacking toys - she knows how to use them.  I was hoping she had played with some like them at the orphanage, and I think I was right.

Notice the bottom of her foot is red?  She had to have her footprint stamped on the adoption documents.  We only needed our thumbprints.

So very glad to have her!
